Our approach

Investment strategy

We seek to improve the wellbeing of vulnerable groups and enhance the health of critical ecosystems with a focus on Least Developed Countries and the Dutch development cooperation priority countries.

Our activities also aim to strengthen weakened biodiversity in areas which provide people with critical sources of water, food, medicine, and economic opportunity. We pave the way for institutional partnerships to attract and deploy public and private capital for climate-focused projects.

Connecting SNV Netherlands and WWF NL’s project development expertise with FMO and Climate Fund Managers’ capital raising and investment capabilities, we support initiatives from idea to implementation with the support of the technical assistance and lifecycle financing provided.
